YOGA group 1
The first Yoga group started its fifth year in September. Its members continue to improve their Yoga skills thanks to our teacher Elaine Cooke's guidance each week. 14 of us attended a morning workshop at Holland House for the second year running at the end of last term, with Yoga teacher Gillian Russell. Holland House is a wonderful setting in which to do Yoga especially with an excellent lunch at the end of the session.
YOGA group 2 - New
YOGA group 2 started on Thursday 8th of September. It meets in the Red Cross Centre, Evesham from 11.30am to 1pm. There are still a few places left so anyone interested please contact either Lyn Heaney on 244694 or Linda Bennett on 47428 for further information.
