PAINTING FOR PLEASURE
Painting for pleasure is a small group of artists who help and encourage each other and enjoy the opportunity to paint quietly in a friendly atmosphere. We do not have a teacher but share our expertise.
Members range from beginners to accomplished painters and use a variety of mediums; watercolour, acrylics, oil paint, pastels and pen and wash. Despite our group name drawing and sketching are also encouraged.
At some meetings there is a suggested topic with material available e.g. still life, architecture, seascapes, at others everyone carries on with whatever project they choose.
There is plenty of parking at the Red Cross Hall and tea/coffee is served mid-morning.
The cost is £10.00 for 10 weeks.
