We now propose to run Beginners Groups alongside our normal computer group in St Egwins, but in a separate room if necessary.
This group normally starts shortly after our Recruitment day on the first Wednesday in November. The course begins with introductory talks by members of our Computer Group and then proceeds to follow the Evesham Library “Learn and Go” on-line course. This has the advantage that this on-line part of the course can be followed with tutors from both the U3A and at the Library.
The initial emphasis of the Beginners course is on Internet and Email. Once these skills have been mastered you can expand your interests in other aspects of computing by joining the Intermediate Computer Group.
